Use of the App
Listography is a personal list-making application for iOS. You may use the app for any lawful purpose to create, organize, and manage lists.
Your Content
You retain full ownership of any content (lists, items, notes) you create in Listography. Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are solely responsible for backing up your data.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Listography on any iPhone you own or control, subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Modify or create derivative works based on the app
- Redistribute, sell, or lease the app
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the app
Disclaimer of Warranties
Listography is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use the app at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to Terms
